My extensive background in home renovations & maintenance means that I can help you spot 'the good, the bad & the ugly'. This in turn saves you time during your search, and while I don't have a crystal ball it can possibly mean saving money in the near future. I prefer my clients spend money to do an inspection on a home that is considered 'the good' rather than 'the bad' and having to move on to another.
